The priestess of Ghaunadaur is an advanced type of drider in dNetHack that is capable of using clerical magic.

Like regular driders, priestesses of Ghaunadaur can use weapons, and have a kick attack that causes webbing. Unlike regular driders, their bite is corrosive rather than poisonous, and they have an acidic passive attack. This probably reflects their allegiance to the god of oozes.

Compare the priest of Ghaunadaur, which is an advanced shoggoth.
