Wishing for artifacts

Artifacts that are randomly generated on the ground, in containers, or in the inventories of monsters are ignored for purposes of wishing for artifacts.

Dual wielding

As in vanilla NetHack, artifacts in SpliceHack cannot be dual-wielded with another artifact. The only exception to this is wielding Gae Dearg and Gae Buidhe at the same time.
