策略
衬衫的基础AC加成为0，但你可以提升其附魔来将其变为轻便的额外AC来源——不过，最好在角色拥有魔法抵抗或阻止变形等能够抵御变形的手段时再考虑穿衬衫，因为变形为大型怪物会导致躯干的防具被撑破。游戏前期，推荐优先附魔其他部位的防具，比如头盔、靴子或手套。在游戏后期，你也可以考虑许愿获取衬衫来进一步强化防御。
衬衫是非魔法防具，因此可以轻松地通过批量变形大量防具来获取——城堡和吕底人堡垒都能得到大量防具。城堡中的防具库房存有14件随机防具，其中有13.13%的概率出现至少一件衬衫。奥迦斯镇的废弃商店中也有可能生成衬衫。

Variants of NetHack often add new types of shirts - those that incorporate the Convict role add the striped shirt, which all Convicts start the game with.
dNetHack
dNetHack adds several shirts with distinct effects:
- Ruffled shirts, which grant a +1 bonus to charisma
- Victorian underwear, which grant a charisma bonus of +2 and MC3, at the cost of a -2 penalty to AC and reduction of dexterity bonuses
- Bodygloves, which are future tech available to Anachrononauts
- Black dresses, which are worn primarily by female drow Nobles
- Plain dresses, which can be found on certain monsters such as witches
- Ichcahuipilli
- Striped shirts, which Convicts start the game with
SpliceHack
SpliceHack adds a few shirt-type items:
SlashTHEM
SlashTHEM adds the following shirts:
- Ruffled shirts from dNetHack, which behave as ordinary shirts
- Victorian underwear from dNetHack, which still grants MC3 at the cost of an AC penalty
- Expensive suits from the NetHack-- series, which Undertakers start with
- Striped shirts, which Convicts start the game with
