In dNetHack, notdNetHack and notnotdNetHack, monsters with telepathy are sometimes grouped together as telepathic.
Nodensfork is an artifact trident that deals double damage against primordials and telepaths. Tonitrūs are maces that deal +1d10 shock damage to telepaths.
