She is a centaur-like being that is contained within a crystal skull held by the Mad Grazi, and carries the drow Healer quest artifact, Esscooahlipboourrr—completion of the Drow Healer quest thus hinges on being able to retrieve the artifact from either the crystal skull or the champion herself. Seeing Blibdoolpoolp's mindgraven will cause a hero to lose sanity and increase their insight.

Blibdoolpoolp's mindgraven champion is an omnivorous hybrid of drow and the aquatic elder chuul: she is strong, capable of swimming, possesses darksight, can see invisible monsters, can follow a hero to other levels if she is adjacent, and will seek out magical items, weapons and other objects to pick up.
