It has a tendency to wander while moving, and it can engulf objects that it comes across similar to a gelatinous cube: a creeping mound can digest most organic objects, restoring HP in the process, but it will not digest any globs or eggs that cause sliming or stoning, will not engulf corpses that cause stoning, and will cause Rider corpses to revive.

Creeping mounds have a claw attack and an engulfing attack that tries to suffocate the victim, and possess poison resistance, sleep resistance, cold resistance, fire resistance, drain resistance, immunity to sickness, and a vulnerability to acid.

Generation

Randomly generated creeping mounds are always hostile, and will not be created in Gehennom.
