Fey (dNetHack)

In dNetHack, notdNetHack, and notnotdNetHack, certain monsters are classified as fey, marked by the MA_FEY flag in the source.[1] Fey take extra damage from iron weapons.
Those monsters are:

- &: & Good Neighbor, & Alrunes and her shapeshifter form v hateful whispers
- l: l leprechaun, l ethereal filcher, l lucksucker
- q: q leocrotta, q wumpus
- W: W flaxen starshadow, W flaxen star-phantom
- quest nemeses: n Aglaope, n Nimune, d blue-eyed fox
- f displacer beast

- Defunct monsters: n Echo, C Synaisthesia, Eladrin Lords and Ladies (A Gwynharwyf, A Ascodel, A Faerinaal, A Queen Mab, A Keto, A Queen of Stars) and their energy forms
Carnwennan and Gaia's Fate are artifacts that grant bonus damage and warning of fey while carried. Claideamh is a nameable long sword that grants warning of fey when wielded and deals double damage to them.
